In todays world, the world of plenty at least here in the USA you have lost the idea of proper food consumption.
To eat right is not in your vocabulary.
Most of you have no idea of what to eat let alone how much to eat.
You think your stomachs are like waste stations, just keep on dumping it in, if you could fit it in that’s fine, even if you have to open your pants
to get that food down.
Look around you don’t have to look far.
People a waddling, not walking.
How far do you let yourself go.
You have to start reigning yourself in.
Now is the time for you to take charge and responsibility for what you are putting in your body.
You are the captain, you make the calls, do the right thing for you, no one else will.
Try doing one thing in the beginning on your road back to fitness.
On this subject it’s food, try cutting down on your portion size, a good trick is to use a smaller plate.
Another tip is to start cutting out the bread and pasta.
You can do this, you must do this, Seniors, and Baby Boomers are now suppose to enjoy life, fishing, golf, tennis, not spending it at the doctors
Just remember every thing you eat will show up on your body in a good way or in a bad way.
I’ll be giving a lot more info to help you in later articles, but for now watch your starches or your portion size’s.
